house style has to be consistant to create a brand.

LO3: forms

Forms
once a production schedule of the tasks are organised, the following forms would need to be created:
a)call sheets
b)consent form
c)location release

A consent form is signes by every member of staff who creates something to say that all things created by them is owned by the company. It is used to show that people are fine with being included in your media product signed by all personell, actors and public in the shot.
A location release form is given to the people who own land that is used in the product to give permission to say you can use the  location.
A call sheet is used to organise personell and props, it is used for anything that is filmed and/also taking photographs. you would make a call sheet everytime you went out to film something new.

The person who's asking and the person who's being asked signs it
without this consent you're breaking the copyright infringement law

Production scedules mock exam question

Identify one type of project management tool that could be used to keep track of the project tasks and explain why it sutible for this task
One type of project management tool is a production schedule which is a schedule with time limits, resources, revenue streams and tasks in it. It is good for this task as it would make sure all things that are needed to complete this task aRE ORGAnised and the product is finished for the deadline. a software that could be used is exel.

The word 'because' hasn't been used, 'production schedule' words used, also explained that Excel could be used as an organisational tool. Management could also buy a diary as another tool and allocate staff to certain tasks. Production schedules also allows staff to be allocated to tasks.
